Our founding team brings together exceptional depth and capability across the full spectrum of aviation asset management and trading; through finance, to operations, and renowned legal expertise. We started RAMDVG with aviation assets in mind as that’s our main field of expertise, but also with the knowledge that there are no other asset classes more complicated and more regulated.
With combined experience spanning legal structuring, operational excellence, and strategic investment management, we’ve built comprehensive, innovative capabilities in aircraft transactions and aviation portfolio management.
Our legal expertise includes partnership-level experience at leading international law firms, with specialization in aircraft and aviation asset transactions across multiple jurisdictions. We have extensive experience representing lessors, lessees, securitisation originators, and financiers in complex cross-border deals.
On the commercial side, our team provides C-level and Board-level leadership experience across asset acquisition, asset finance, aviation operations, risk management, and information technology. We bring hands-on expertise spanning the complete aircraft lifecycle—from analysis and selection through negotiation, acquisition, and implementation—covering everything from regional turboprops to narrow-body jets and ultra-long range widebody aircraft. Our portfolio management credentials include oversight of multi-billion dollar aviation investments and the establishment of multiple aircraft leasing companies.
Our operational capabilities are built on over four decades of aviation experience across both military and civilian environments, encompassing flight operations, project management, regulatory oversight and compliance, risk management, and procedural development. This foundation provides essential operational and safety perspectives to commercial transactions.
Even our development team are industry veterans, including serial entrepreneurs with a rich history of building succesful multi-domain solutions. We don’t build vapour-ware and won’t try to sell you on an unattainable plan for ‘future capability’. Frankly, we’re not great at making Powerpoint presentations either. We’d prefer to let our actual, live product do the talking.
